2,104th review here! First off - Wow! I have lived in Akron my entire life and have never tried this place until last month. Now it is added as a regular spot for me. Really a great place with great food! Highly impressed.

Me and the wife’s was in town from Wisconsin and found this awesome place and ended up coming here twice in the week we were here that’s how much we liked it. Food was really good I had the special number 7. The local people are very friendly. And the family that owns the place are very sweet. They made us feel like the locals. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for the awesome hospitality. Looking forward to coming back.

This place is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! My friend got the western omelete, and I got pancakes and sausage. I look forward to coming back with my boyfriend to get the Monte Cristo.

I've never really recognized this place as it's easy to miss, however once I ate there I definitely became a customer for life. The food here is amazing, it reminds me of Saturday mornings when I was a kid and grandma used to cook breakfast for us. From the people who greet you at the door, to the servers, to the cooks, they work together to give you a genuine wholesome experience that is welcoming. They get your food out quickly and they notice the little things, like if your coffee or drinks are low they quickly refill them. That makes a difference because it shows that they value their customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to know about a good new spot to eat. I will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for recommendations before you go, their country fried steak and eggs is awesome, as is their specialty waffles and their french toast, for starters. I haven't had anything from this restaurant yet that I haven't liked if I'm being completely honest. Another awesome thing is that it's affordable, between about 10-15 a plate, now they also have cheaper and more expensive plates but it's usually in about that price range. Try it out for yourself you won't regret it I promise.

First time in and it was absolutely phenomenal! The food was fantastic, and our server, Christina, was so amazing! It being my first time in, she answered all of my questions thoroughly which I appreciated, was extremely kind, attentive, and shared some laughs with us. I can’t wait to come back soon and make my way through the extensive menu!!

Nice mom and pop restaurant with good prices and pretty decent food. The kids meals are a good size for the price. They even brought me honey for my coffee which was a treat since I don’t do cream or sugar. I will be returning next Friday to enjoy breakfast again!Pictured: Clam omelet!

My kid says amazing pancakes and hot chocolate is better than the pancake house (in woodmere) and the people are really nice. I loved my creamy supreme chilly.

A perfect diner experience near the heart of Akron. You can tell it's quality by the fact that it's always busy, but service is speedy so there's rarely a wait. I'm a fan of the hot Hungarian sausage with eggs, hash browns, and toast. Prices are super reasonable as well.
